NANDO'S ROASTED RED PEPPER DISH (I take 5-10 minutes to prepare)
Nando's Roasted Red Peppers Sauce
1 precooked chicken
1 Onion
1/3 red pepper
1/3 yellow pepper
Fresh coriander
1/2 tub cream
1/2 tub sour cream
mixed veggies or mushrooms (optional)
Pull all meat of chicken, discard bones and skin. Fry sliced onion and peppers until soft. Add chicken. Stir in bottle of Nando's Roasted Red Peppers Sauce into chicken. Pour in cream and sour cream. Mix well and keep warm. Can add mushrooms or mixed veggies if you want. (Add the amount of cream and sour cream to the consistency of the sauce you would like, I would use 1 tub each for a more saucier dish with bread and less if I serve it with rice)
Serve with steamed white rice and garnish with fresh coriander. Fresh bread and butter is great to dip into the sauce. This is yummy! Just remember I made this up, you can always experiment with your own combinations.
